1.Does your wood flooring easily warp or bend?
Our flooring is professionally dried and stabilized during production. The moisture content is controlled at 7%-10%. It will not warp easily in normal indoor environments as long as it is not exposed to long-term moisture.
2.Will the color fade over time?
We use high-quality UV coating, which is fade-resistant under normal indoor lighting. Long-term strong direct sunlight may cause slight color change, which is normal for all real wood products.
3. Is the surface scratch-resistant?
The surface has a high-strength wear layer, resistant to daily scratches from furniture, shoes, and pets. We still recommend using furniture pads for better protection.
4. Is it waterproof?
It is water resistant for daily use and can handle small spills. But it is not fully waterproof. Do not leave water on the surface for a long time and avoid wet mopping.
5.甲醛安全吗？
Absolutely safe. According to different market requirements, our products meet E0, E1, or CARB P2 standards, suitable for homes, offices, and children's rooms.
6. 尺寸一致吗？
We have strict size control with very small tolerance. The flooring fits tightly during installation with no obvious gaps.
7. Can this flooring be used with underfloor heating?
Yes, most of our engineered wood flooring is suitable for underfloor heating. Please keep the temperature stable and not too high.
